After April 2025, property purchase alone is not a residence path. Use a real visa route first.

Spain abolished the property-based investor residence for new applications. Buying an apartment or villa is still possible for living or investing — it is not a visa shortcut.

- Choose a valid residence route (often Digital Nomad or Non-Lucrative)
- Then discuss property for lifestyle or investment
- Never promise residence against a purchase
