Falcon Residency is the Spain desk of Falcon Group — built for families and professionals who want a clear path into Spain, not a maze of intermediaries.
We work from two places that matter to this journey: Madrid, where the residence file is prepared with Spanish procedure in mind, and Dubai, where Gulf clients can speak with us in the language and hours they already use.
Residence is where we start. Once the right route is in place — often Digital Nomad or Non-Lucrative — we can open the next doors: a Spanish company, commercial representation, or property for living and investment. We never treat a property purchase as a visa promise.
Our role is to organise the file, keep the checklist honest, and stay with you through filing and follow-up. Approval always rests with the Spanish authorities. Any income thresholds or official fees are confirmed case by case before you commit.

We prepare and manage your file with the competent Spanish authorities. Residence approval is never guaranteed. Income and fee figures must be confirmed with your advisor because they change.
